Lea Peček is an attorney at law with more than fifteen years of experience in the field of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and banking and finance. She is distinguished by her knowledge of the operations of regulated and systemically important financial institutions. During her career, she has been involved in many complex transactions and restructurings, as well as syndicated financings of domestic and foreign systems and companies. Lea also works as an associate expert of the Slovenian Directors’ Association and is an advisor to important Slovenian and foreign companies.
